It's Halloween in the small town. For the first time in decades, the old, abandoned barn is reopened – decorated as a haunted house, filled with cobwebs, flickering candles, and dark shadows. The villagers, all in spooky costumes, flock inside, eager for an unforgettable night.
But suddenly the lights go out. A loud bang echoes through the rafters, the doors slam shut – and can no longer be opened. Panic spreads. When the candles are lit again, everyone stares in horror: Dr. Friedrich Albrecht, the town's respected physician, lies motionless on the ground – his throat slit. No murder weapon is in sight, only a dark pool of blood spreads beside his body.
Now the villagers are trapped in the barn – with a murderer among them. Every suspicion, every whisper, and every old feud could reveal the truth… or claim another victim.

The ambitious mayor loves being the center of attention and making his village shine. Behind his charming facade, however, he is willing to hide many things.
Costume: Vampire with cape, pale face, sharp teeth.

Karin Miller – Mayor's Wife

Karin grew up here in the community and has always been very dedicated. As her husband's secretary, she knows all the town's secrets, but often feels constrained by her job.
Costume: Black Cat – long black dress, fishnet stockings, painted whiskers

James Lang – Entrepreneur

The owner of the only factory in town is considered wealthy and arrogant. He sees himself as the savior of the village, but many consider him an exploiter.
Costume: Devil – red jacket, horns, trident.

Rosalie Nadel – Seamstress

Rosalie is creative, sociable, and knows almost everyone in the village through her work. She loves listening to stories and knows many secrets that she'd better keep to herself.
Costume: Witch – black hat, cape, pincushion as an accessory

Matthias Nobu – Cemetery Keeper

Matthias is taciturn and spends most of his time among the graves, which is why many find him creepy. He seems like a silent observer who knows more than he says.
Costume: Grim Reaper – black cape, hood, scythe.

Helene Stadler – Doctor's Assistant

Helene has worked alongside Dr. Albrecht for years and knows his practice like no other. She seems dutiful and loyal, yet also very reserved.
Costume: Nurse (Halloween style) – white dress, bloodstains, headband with a red cross.

Konrad Flachs – Master Baker

Konrad is a loud, sociable man whose bakery is the heart of the village. Most of the rumors circulate in his bakery, and he's often in the thick of them.
Costume: Zombie - flour dust in her hair, stained apron, tattered clothes

Lisa Gilbert - Teacher

Lisa came to the village from the city a few years ago and hasn't quite settled in yet. She's considered superficial and strict, but behind her facade lies a woman struggling for recognition.
Costume: Ghost - simple white dress or sheet, pale makeup.

Marlene Steiner - Farmer

Marlene is strong, direct, and not exactly squeamish when it comes to speaking. Some fear her outbursts of anger, others appreciate her crude humor.
Costume: Pirate - headscarf, eye patch, and flowing blouse
